Fromage fans, take note: starting in March, frommelier Jean-Claude Ali-Cherif is leading a series of cheese classes in City brasserie Le Bouchon Breton. Focusing on different regional varieties, classes take place from 6–7 PM on the last Tuesday of each month, March–August (£50 per person; register at 0800-019-1704).
