American steakhouse chain The Palm is planning on a June opening for its first international outpost, in Belgravia's former Drones site. The interior will follow the chain's informal style with banquette seating and hardwood floors, while the menu will offer the restaurant's hallmark steak (mostly sourced from the U.S.) as well as lobster and seafood dishes, creamed spinach, "half and half" (cottage fries and fried onions), New York cheesecake and, of course, the Palm martini (1 Pont St., SW1).
