Last year we told you about Eastside Inn, the first solo venture from chef Bjorn van der Horst (ex The Greenhouse, La Noisette), and now the Farringdon French looks like it might finally be opening in May. Nick Ward (ex Pétrus) will man the central open kitchen, where he’ll prepare both fine-dining, internationally influenced fare for the main room and more casual cuisine for the bistro area.
