Zoran Peric, mixologist at Skylon, is launching regular cocktail-making classes. On 5 May, learn how to make cosmopolitans, followed by mojitos on 6 July and Pimm's royales on 3 August. Zoran will give tips on how to give each drink a contemporary twist. There is no charge for the evenings, though attendees pay for each cocktail consumed (6 PM; 020-7654-7800).
