With May comes not only flowers, but also white and rosé wines. To get into the spirit of the season, the Farringdon branch of Vivat Bacchus will host “Cheese and Wine: Blue Blue Blue” on 28 May, where the two types of refreshing vinos will be paired with a selection of creamy blue cheeses (7 PM; £20 per person; 020-7353-248).
