Battersea's Three Bridges is going to Italy's Umbria region. Or rather, bringing Umbria to London. On Saturday, 27 June, it's offering a unique taste of the region with a five-course feast featuring ingredients and wines fresh from the source, from the Chiania beef down to the olive oil.
