Umbria in Battersea

Battersea's Three Bridges is going to Italy's Umbria region. Or rather, bringing Umbria to London. On Saturday, 27 June, it's offering a unique taste of the region with a five-course feast featuring ingredients and wines fresh from the source, from the Chiania beef down to the olive oil. Canape Umbro: Crescia, stracchino & ciabuscolo
Homemade Italian canape:
traditional warm bread, served with stracchino cheese and ciauscolo, a special variety of salami


Tagliere di formaggi & salumi con marmellatine organiche & pane fatto in casa:
salsicce dagnello, salame di Chianina & cinghiale, caciotta & pecorino stagionato

Cheese and salami platter with organic jams, accompanied by homemade bread:
lamb sausages, Chianina and wild boar salami, caciotta cheese and aged pecorino, and many more


Umbricelli al tartufo nero

Homemade Umbricelli pasta with black truffle

Grigliata mista Umbra con tagliata di Chianina & arrosticini, accompagnata da pave di patate & rughetta

Grilled Chianina steak with arrosticini, served with potatoes pave and wild rocket salad

Tortino di ricotta su crema al Limoncello

Homemade ricotta cheesecake served with Limoncello cream
