Kensington newcomer Min Jiang may serve a Chinese menu, but that doesn't mean it doesn't appreciate its sake. On 8 July, a special six-course dinner showcasing the Japanese libation will include steamed scallop siew mai with tobiko caviar as well as the restaurant's signature Beijing duck (£80 per person; 020-7937-8000; click past the jump to see the full menu).
