The National Dining Rooms and its adjacent cafe (both located inside the National Gallery) have a new chef, Simon Duff. His menu revamp will focus on farm-fresh ingredients, including grass-fed White Park beef from Bickleigh Farm, calf livers from Bocaddon Farm and more (020-7747-2525).
