Indian Zing

"Fiesta" may not be the first word that comes to mind when you think of Indian food, but Hammersmith's Indian Zing is bringing back its "fiesta menus" just the same. From 3–13 August, special biryanis will be available; 17–29 August, the focus will be on cooler variations, including a real rose lassi, to help fight the heat (£4.50); 6–17 September, guest chef Luis D’mello will whip up a slew of Goan delicacies; 29 September–8 October brings a celebration of game and spices; and finally, from 2–14 November, the menu will highlight dishes from Maharashtra, the second largest state in India (020-8748-5959; reserve online).
