Back in January, Soho Chinese Barshu burnt down, but it isn't going away that easily. Culinary advisor and Sichuan-trained chef Fuchsia Dunlop confirms that it will reopen late August/early September (though no actual date has been set). Fuchsia's scalding, authentic Sichuan menu has appealed to celebrities and celebrity chefs alike; Brit-food renaissance guru Fergus Henderson and the River Café's Ruth Rogers are just two of its fans.
