The colourful Borough branch of the chainlet Del'Aziz is decked out to resemble a bazaar, with a bakery, deli and easygoing dining areas offering a wide array of North African and Middle Eastern dishes, plus classic burgers spiced up with hummus and exotic sauces; a glass-floored bar straddles the subtly lit, 12th-century remains of Bermondsey Cathedral beneath the building.
