Another addition to the expanding ranks of Argentinean grills around town, the evocative, dark-hued haunt Constancia opens in new premises on the site of a demolished Bermondsey boozer; two brothers from the Pampas make their debut as owners, along with chef Gustavo Canto, who prepares gutsy, meaty fare, supported by a good value, South American–oriented wine list.
