On April 24th, all three LA locations of Fleming's Prime Steakhouse & Wine Bar will offer the "PGA Tour Wine Dinner," a five-course lamb-and-beef feast with matching wines by golfer-vintners Greg Norman, Ernie Els and Arnold Palmer. The next night, on April 25th, Border Grill is hosting its Asombroso Tequila Tasting Dinner, a four-course repast including seabass ceviche, braised lamb with pomegranates, and crispy duck leg carnitas, paired with the many tequilas of Asombroso. The libations will also be integrated into dishes like the palate cleanser of kumquats muddled with Asombroso La Rosa Tequila (7 PM; $65 per person; 310-451-1655).
