Minx chef Joseph Antonishek has introduced a daily "lunch box" served from 11:30 AM–3 PM ($12–$18); it includes a salad and a dessert, along with a choice of entree, including salmon with ginger-hoisin barbecue glaze, chicken roulade stuffed with wild mushrooms and filet mignon crusted in cocoa and hazelnuts.
