Two nights of dinners dubbed "Maker Nights 2" will take place at CUBE on May 3rd and 4th, highlighting the artisanal produce and products of Pedrozo Farm, Salumi Artisan Cured Meats, Sweet Grass Dairy and Weiser Family Farm as part of a five-course BYO meal of heirloom vegetables and free-range most everything else. The artisans will be present to answer questions
and speak about their foods throughout the dinner (7:30 PM; $75 per person; 323-939-1148).
