Lal Mirch, a budget-friendly Indian, has landed in the Studio City space that for years was home to a Hungarian restaurant called Hortobagy; it’s kept the same dark-wood interior, but the smell of goulash has been replaced with garam masala, well-charred tandoori dishes and creamy concoctions like chicken coconut curry.
