With its worn brick and old wood, Tinto, an affordable West Hollywood Spanish newcomer, is modeled after a tapas bar in Old Madrid; its affordable roster of small plates (think staples like garlic scallops and squid in saffron broth) can be paired with sangria and a good assortment of sherry, and there are a handful of larger dishes as well.
