With decor by Dodd Mitchell (who appears to have decorated the ceiling with bottle brushes), Robata Bar, the diminutive sibling of next-door Sushi Roku, moves away from sushi into the realm of the raw bar with exotic shooters (uni and tangerine with plum wine, for instance) and grilled skewers; the essence of the robata yaki experience is to order a variety of raw and cooked dishes and wash them down with a multitude of sakes and exotic cocktails.
