The new midpriced Japanese Yamato Westwood, which boasts one of the largest sake selections in town, has taken over the former Westwood Village bank building where Mr. Chow failed with EuroChow; as before, the space is crowned with a 50-ft.-high vaulted ceiling, with a marble obelisk set in the center of the room and a mezzanine appealing to couples.
