Kula, a new midpriced Japanese, has taken over the Century City space that was last home to Aphrodisiac and given it a classically modern makeover – think midcentury design; in a town with a sushi bar on every street corner, it’s trying to distinguish itself by using as many organic products as possible and freshly ground wasabi.
