After more than a decade of edgy fusion fare, Asia de Cuba, Jeffery Chodorow's Asian-Latino in WeHo, has introduced its first tasting menu. Available Sunday through Wednesday, the tasting menu's dishes and wines are expected to change weekly. However, there's a good chance it will include one of the restaurant's most popular dishes – char sui beef short ribs served with its signature avocado-plantain fried rice ($65 per person, $95 with wine pairings; 323-848-6000).
