STK, a trendy New York import, fills a sprawling, high-ceilinged space in WeHo outfitted with whitewashed bare-brick walls, lushly upholstered booths and a bar already packed with decked-out twentysomethings; its pricey menu offers the classic chophouse experience with many steaks (including steak tartare), lamb, pork, poultry and seafood such as oysters on the half shell.
