Diners looking for a seat at the Hollywood Steakhouse Dakota in the Roosevelt Hotel, as well as those looking for a guaranteed in to the hotel's popular Tropicana Bar, have a new option. The hotel has just opened an expansion to the Dakota on the open-air bridge overlooking its infamous pool. Called the Dakota Bridge, the new dining space offers a menu similar to its older sibling's, along with moonlit, star-studded views. And for those desperate to rub shoulders with the stars, all diners at the Bridge are ensured entry into the notoriously difficult-to-enter Tropicana (7000 Hollywood Blvd.; 323-466-7000).
