Well, it sure didn't take long for David Myers' insanely successful Comme Ça concept to be fruitful and multiply. Myers is opening the next chapter of Comme Ça in November in Orange County, in the midst of the 1.3 million-sq.-ft. South Coast Plaza in Costa Mesa, where high rollers who spend $1.5 billion a year at the 280 shops could probably use a little something to eat. There's nothing like a nice plate of beef marrow with oxtail jam after trying on the latest at Abercrombie. Oh, and in case diners do too much damage at the restaurant's cheese bar, The Spa at South Coast Plaza is right next door.
