Master sushi chef Kazunori Nozawa has situated sugarFISH, a more moderately priced spin-off of his highly rated Sushi Nozawa, in a sprawling Marina del Rey shopping center; the modernistic space boasts glowing walls and a long counter at which you can devour any of three pre-set menus; as ever, don't ask for California rolls – the decor may be modern, but the food is resolutely traditional.
