An homage to Chicago set in a former signage company (which means lots of space), New American Rush Street is the latest example of Culver City’s revival, boasting polished concrete floors and perfectly restored bow truss ceilings, along with a mezzanine for parties and a roof garden; the midpriced menu is both eclectic and familiar, with Chi-Town specialties served nightly (Chicago dogs on Mondays; deep-dish pizza Fridays).
