One of LA's most respected longtime sushi chefs, Katsu Michite (of the defunct Katsu in Los Feliz and the very-much-alive Tama Sushi in Studio City), has taken over a former sushi bar in the heart of Beverly Hills and transformed it into Katsu Sushi, a traditional Japanese; the moderately priced menu offers old-school dishes that utilize handpicked organic ingredients and daily selected seafood.
