After an eight hour day at the office a worker can use a drink. That's why Happy Hours were invented. Looking to put its own spin on that classic deal, SBE has introduced the "9th Hour" (get it?) at its restaurants. Every weekday from 5–7 PM thirsty folks at Foxtail or either Katsuya can partake in cocktails and appetizers all priced at $9. At Katsuya, the 9th Hour deals include carafes of sake, baked crab hand rolls and rock shrimp tempura.
