What began as Kumo has turned into a West Hollywood branch of Hamasaku, where the sushi, sashimi and rolls of the West LA original are being paired with exotic sake-based cocktails; only a minimal number of updates have been made to the look – in fact, it's possible that the greatest change is that the setting's glowing white light has been turned down a notch.
