The time may come when the Macy's in South Coast Plaza is better known for its cuisine than its couture. Not only will an outpost of La Brea Bakery be opening there early next year, but along with it will be newcomers from high-profile chefs Cat Cora and Marcus Samuelsson. Iron Chef Cora's venture will be CCQ, which stands for "Cat Cora's 'Que," and will focus on the Iron maiden's own take on BBQ. Meanwhile Samuelsson (NYC's Aquavit) is putting his upscale cooking aside to make burgers at Marc Burger, which debuted over the summer in the Chicago Macy's (3333 Bristol St., Costa Mesa).
