On November 3rd, Beverly Boulevard's Grace is hosting a five-course dinner with wine pairings to benefit Careers through Culinary Arts Program (C-CAP). This national nonprofit, of which Zagat is a sponsor, helps kids around the country learn culinary skills, win scholarships, get career counseling and find jobs in the food service industry. For this particular evening, the menu will include dishes like beef tartar with truffled grilled cheese and crispy squash blossoms with burrata (6:30 PM; $125 per person; call 818-990-5542 to make a reservation).
