All of Beverly Hills is showing up to admire the freshly opened Montage Hotel, with its spacious gardens, elegant rooms and several restaurants, the most exclusive of which is Muse, an ultrapricey New American done up in dark wood and leather; it offers an à la carte menu and a pair of tasting menus, as well as a private dining area with its own entrance for notables who want to avoid TMZ.
On the first floor of the hotel is Parq, an expensive, all-day New American built around soft pastels that blend into the garden area beyond and a curved staircase that leads upstairs to Muse; N.B. a glass-enclosed chef’s table at the rear of the demo kitchen offers diners whatever the chef feels like cooking.
