Gino Angelini has converted his upscale La Terza in West Hollywood’s Orlando Hotel into the more downscale Italian Minestraio Trattoria offering a simpler menu of reasonably priced pastas and proteins – the most expensive item on the menu is the rib-eye at $19.50; its two-story space remains mostly the same save for some warmer tones on the walls.
