Simzy's is one of two new South Bay eateries in the works from the Simms family (of the Mimi's Cafe and Lazy Dog Cafe chains), with a menu of pub grub created by chef Anne Conness (formerly Napa Valley Grille). It’s due to open by the end of April (229 Manhattan Beach Blvd., Manhattan Beach).
