From now till June 7 at 3 Square Café + Bakery, chef Hans Röckenwagner will be celebrating the short white asparagus season (as he did every year at his now defunct Röckenwagner Restaurant) with an à la carte section of dishes – warm asparagus salad with smoked salmon, asparagus soup with shrimp, sesame-crusted asparagus with arugula, asparagus with pork tenderloin and morel sauce, and asparagus with schnitzel and hollandaise sauce.
