On June 7, fire up your bon appétit at "Picnic des Chefs," presented by the Club Culinaire of French Cuisine. The massive list of chefs – 60 of them! – includes local Gallic icons Andre Angles (Frenchy's Bistro), Jean-Pierre Bosc (Café des Artistes) and Akira Hirose (Maison Akira). This year, the event moves to the Montecillo Old Lodge in Elysian Park and will include a magnifique amount of food, as well as a French DJ spinning tunes, soccer and, of course, petanque (11:30 AM–4:30 PM; $50 per person, $20 for children 10–21, children under 10 free; 1770 Stadium Way, near Dodger Stadium; click here for tickets and more information).
