You don't have to go to Europe to get a taste of the Tour de France action. Over the course of the race, July 5–26, Studio City's Pinot Bistro is offering a tour of its own with a prix fixe consisting of four courses, each representing a different region: soup from Provence, mussels and clams from Perpignan, trout from the Jura and pommes bonne femme from Paris ($45 per person, $65 with wine pairing; 818-990-0500; reserve online).
