Hakobe

Ubiquitous restaurateur Adolfo Suaya (BoHo, Gaucho Grill, Geisha House) joined with Japanese model Asako to turn his Lodge Steakhouse in Beverly Hills into Hakobe, a Japanese fusioner serving a midpriced menu of exotic rolls, Japanese pizza and a version of surf ’n’ turf featuring, naturally, Kobe beef; the setting has a rough, woodsy look (left over from Lodge) plus a polished sushi and sake bar.
