New York export Rosa Mexicano, one of the final restaurants to open in the LA Live complex, dares to ask if there’s room at the West Coast table for an East Coast Mexican; the guac is made tableside, margies come in a zillion flavors and, in addition to the vibrantly colored dining room, there’s also a lively bar and a patio that allows diners the chance to watch concertgoers strut their stuff.
