Caché is now offering "Burger Nights" on Wednesdays and Thursdays, when Josiah Citrin prepares a weekly beef offering (priced between $18–$24) complete with a side of double-fried french fries. Above, you can see this past week's option: freshly ground filet, short rib and N.Y. strip with caramelized shallot aioli, sauteed mushrooms, fontina and crispy spinach (Wednesday serving till 12 AM; Thursday until 2 AM; 310-399-4800).
