In what used to be Hatfield's on Beverly Boulevard, Mark Gold (ex Cafe Pinot, OC’s Leatherby's Cafe Rouge) displays the ingredients for Eva's nightly Californian tasting menu in a glass-fronted refrigerator case; the modestly sized, simply decorated room also provides the setting for family-style Sunday ‘dinner parties’ for which Gold cooks whatever strikes his fancy.
