In the poolside space that for many years was Blue on Blue, Beverly Hills arrival Oliverio offers a midpriced modern Italian menu from Mirko Paderno (ex All' Angelo, Cecconi's); its mostly alfresco setting, redesigned by Kelly Wearstler, features stone veneer tables, multistory bamboo dividers between the dining area and pool, and private cabanas decorated with blue-green marble and ceramics.
