If you've followed the insanely random openings and closings of Joe Pytka's Bastide, you'll take this news as we have, with a grain of salt: LA Weekly and Eater are running with the story that Bastide is readying to reopen once again in mid-November with former L'Orangerie chef Jérôme Voltat as, you guessed it, a bistro.
