On Wednesday, November 11, get a Craft-y taste of Italy when chef de cuisine Anthony Zappola and pastry chef Shannon Swindle prepare a five-course California/Boot dinner – think braised Maine lobster with smoked bacon, porcini and watercress and venison saddle with Tuscan kale – paired with wines from Palmina winery.
