Admirers of Provence, the 20-year-old SoHo institution (shuttered for the last six months), are buzzed that it’s back, resuscitated by the owners of Cookshop and Five Points; the warm digs (complete with a winterized outdoor space) have been subtly spiffed up but retain the same stylish-yet-relaxed vibe as before, and the French bistro offerings now include a raw bar and cheese table; N.B. check out the loos.
