P*ONG, a high-concept Greenwich Village dessert bar from sweets master Pichet Ong (66, Spice Market), offers haute Asian-influenced sweet, savory and sweet-and-savory small plates ordered from a menu that includes expansive tasting options; with about half of its seats at the bar, the cozy space boasts an intriguing red and orange–accented modern design scheme that's well-suited to its adventurous fare and cocktail list.
