Christmas rituals vary greatly from family to family. While some celebrate around a tree, some, especially those who aren't Christian, go out to eat. And historically, they eat Chinese. In fact, for many who associate December 25th with light traffic and a TV yule log, the Christmas Chinese feast is a cherished ritual.
