Adour, Alain Ducasse’s latest creation, makes its debut tonight in the storied St. Regis space that was Lespinasse, which has been given a modern makeover by David Rockwell; serving dinner only, it features elegant French cooking by chef Tony Esnault, private tasting rooms and an ‘interactive’ wine bar.
