With a slight name change to signal its renewal, veteran TriBeCan Duane Park (fka Duane Park Cafe) has reopened with a new chef and owners, as well as a redone New American menu that now speaks with a New Orleans accent; the redesigned room also suggests Louisiana with its crystal chandelier recovered from a plantation home and handmade wallpaper depicting 18th-century etchings; N.B. afternoon tea service on weekdays is expected to start soon.
