Savarona, a Modern Turk, has conquered the former Bouterin space and added plenty of bronze-and-brass accents to create this stylish new destination for Sutton Place residents when it opens tomorrow; its menu exhibits French influences (the chef has worked under Gordon Ramsay), while the wine list focuses exclusively on Med bottles, including, of course, vino from Turkey.
